Is there a way of downloading the current text or structured data for wikipedia articles for individual entrez IDs (e.g.: for all all human entrez)? (without going through full wikipedia)

I noticed the Gene Wiki project, but I'm not sure if it is maintained as I repeatedly time out when following the links for the structured data and the entrez-to-wikipedia lookup - as linked on their webpage ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Portal:Gene_Wiki )
