Single cell DNA seq
Hello!
I am looking for the information about the current state of single cell DNA sequencing. There are even the complete courses dedicated to the scRNA-seq, but the sequencing the DNA of single cells are much poorly described. Are there any comprehensive reviews about it's current state and the hottest ideas?

With a well known researcher in London, I recently processed Silicon Biosystems single cell whole genome sequencing data from Circulating Tumour Cells and matched White Blood Cells (lymphocytes / leukocytes). The data quality was actually good and I was able to determine whole genome copy number profiles.
