unable to download file from plant ensembl

I am working on Maize AGV4 release 33, trying to download vep cash from

It gives error

No such directory ‘pub/plants/release-33/vep

I tried to use browsing it gives this error

550 Failed to change directory.

any idea how I can overcome this?

Note: I can access other releases normally

This is usually a permissions issue. You should contact the Ensembl Genomes maintainers.
