Removing of unwanted characters from a DNA string
Hello all,
As I was working with a genome sequence, one of my tools gave an error pop up saying that the sequence uploaded had characters other than A, T, G and C. So how to go about deleting / trimming / parsing of these unwanted characters from my DNA sequence.
