problem with running java treeview

I have installed the Java treeview-1.16r4 on my computer (64bit- operating system). I tried to open the software but I got the message " windows is searching for javaw.exe. to locate the file yourself, click Browse. " I clicked on browse and after opening javaw.exe, I got the second error message " java(TM) webstart 10.21.2.11.fcs. I would like to know how to solve the problem.
