Haplotype Sorting by similarity
Hi,
I have the phased haplotype data set read into R, where each column represents a SNP and each row denotes the alleles of the individuals. How can I sort haplotypes by the alleles of SNP which is in 650th column ( it is my focal SNP ), and by similarities around this SNP?
