Relapse-free Survival Analysis

Dear everyone, I am current starting to work with relapse-free survival analysis in cancer, as I read, relapse-free means the cancer doesn't occurs again. I have read the overall survival analysis, does relapse-free analysis mean survival analysis but just based on patients have no cancer reoccurring?

Your help is really appreciated!

survival analysis

Hi, could you please first explain

  • how you have started your work and what you have exactly tried and read?
  • how the definition of these terms was insufficient for your needs
  • how is this related to bioinformatics?

I am asking this because a lot of questions lately relate to defining terms - out of context - that are (better) defined already and elsewhere.
