Alternative polyadenylation in microarray data using computational studies
Iam working on alternative polyadenylation. Can any body please explain how to detect the alternative polyadenylation sites in 3^UTR sequence of microarray data?

As far as I know, microarray data doesn't contain that information, unless you had very specific probes for this.
