Hello: I want to see piRNA overlap pattern (10nt ping-pong) between two different libraries. Each library itself show the 10nt overlap but I am curious to see if they also show 10nt overlap when combined. What I wan to do is nullify the inherent 10nt overlap of the individual libraries and only want to get overlap info only after I catenate them together.

Is there any software/script to do so?
