influence of drugs on gene - publications

Hi all!

Could you please recommend publications which include the influence of drugs on gene sequence sequenced by NGS technology?

This topic is quite new to me and I am very curious about how ngs sequencing results can be correlated with drug structure (on genetic level, not modeling).

Did I understand correctly that you are looking for drugs which modify the DNA? Like gene therapy?

To be more specific ... let's say I have few molecules structures which are tested as drugs. I am looking for research that somehow correlate the influence of drug structure to gene sequence. And I don't mean modeling. I am not sure if this king of research is even possible ...
