TCGA follow-ups completed?
Does anyone know if TCGA will continue to publish follow-ups on their patients, or is the study completed for good? It just seems that the utility of the data is dramatically increased if they are completely done following up. For example, in the breast cancer dataset, only 152 of 1097 cases are deceased, making any sort of survival analysis very difficult to accomplish. Does anyone have any insight on this?
