pubmed open access subset ftp down?

Hi All,

Can anyone tell me why is PubMed's Open Access subset ftp service down? ftp://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pub/pmc

Has PubMed just pulled the plug or is it just a temporary issue?
