consensus of msa
Hi, Anyone knows an online tool which can do multiple sequence alignment(amino acid) and also tells it consistency (in numbers) and consensus sequence basically i need the consensus of msa and its statistical value.

There are a number of MSA tools available on the EBI website: http://www.ebi.ac.uk/Tools/msa/
Maybe Clustal Omega ? Not sure what you mean by the statistical value of the consensus.
