Dear community,

I want to get an annotation table of all human, mouse, yeast, fly, worm, .. enzymes:

ENGXXXXX1     Alcohol dehydrogenase 
ENGXXXXX2     Reductase
 ....                      .....

Even Yes / No would be fine at this stage:

ENGXXXXX1     T
ENGXXXXX2     T
ENGXXXXX3     F
ENGXXXXX4     F
  .....                   ...

I looked at IntENZ but the information is not integrated into Biomart and the BioPAX format is not quite straight forward to process.

Do you know of any easy way for doing that?
