Hello, I have built a connection networks of several genes. But I don not know how to validate the correlation between these genes? Is there any gene networks databases which can help me to validate my networks? Many thanks.

I personally prefer to use http://www.genecards.org/ when I want to find some quick info about a gene. Networks presented there are from http://version10.string-db.org/ which is a work of SIB, EMBL and CPR consortium. These are people behind SwissProt, Upsala EDS and many other good things. For more in-depth analysis I prefer to rely on reading papers myself using PubMed to make sure info in a database is not just a typo by a rotating student.
