Hi, Can anyone suggest how can I do STRING analysis of genes like blaNDM-1, NDM1Dok01_N0089, D616_p76075? I have tried using their protein identifier as well as their protein sequence but in vain. Or can you suggest any other database which I can use for knowing the protein protein interaction in bacteria? Thanks
