gene family evolution
Recently, I focus on the gene family evolution and want to know the gene family expansion and contraction . i can get the loss and duplication or gain rate from the COUNT software ,but when using the COUNT software, I don't know how to choose the optimize model (gain and loss ,BDI, or something in the Optimize Rate Panel ),if you were familiar it , could you give me some suggestion ?
