Job: Seeking private tutor to learn RNA/ChIP-Seq data analysis

Hi there!

I'm looking for someone who can mentor me for analyzing RNA/ChIP-Seq data as well as show me how to access public databases. We can work online or if you're in Chicago, we can schedule meetings. I'm offering remuneration on a per session basis if you're interested.

Thanks!

Manish

you can read my github notes to start https://github.com/crazyhottommy both ChIP-seq and RNA-seq are the most stared repos.

Always a great resource to start with. Am glad you put it. I am a big fan of your blog and GitHub. Very well articulated and useful for people who want to start with new NGS analysis techniques and also gives a broader perspective of technical troubleshooting. I also like how the downstream functional analysis overviews are present there. +1 and a great job. One reason I recommend wet biologists your blog and GitHub to follow to get inspired and learn the tricks of the data analysis.

Thanks for your good words. I will keep up the good work :)

Thanks Ming, I really appreciate the information. I'm going through your notes now..

I am also big fan of your notes. ChIP-seq and RNA-seq notes are amazing. I would recommend these notes to anyone who learning ChIP-seq and RNA-seq data analysis.

Hi Manish,

I can help you in learning NGS data analyses. It is not that difficult that you will require a private tutor.

However, I have few questions, like do you have your own datasets ? what kind of computer do you have? Do you have any background in programming?

Kindly share your email id and we can be in touch.
