Hi, We are offering online hands-on course (WebEx) on "Linux and NGS Data Analysis". This includes a 5 days session ( 1 hour each ) on Linux and 5 days session on Basics of NGS Data analysis which includes, NGS Platforms ( technical details of illumina, Roche and PacBio data), different file formats in NGS and overview of various workflows. This will be followed by in-depth discussion of specific workflow based on user interest.
The targeted people will be Bioinformatics Masters and Bachelors degree students who would like to have practical experience on Linux and NGS Data analysis for their future career opportunities.
These will be one-on-one sessions scheduled at different time points for each individual. People from any region can contact irrespective of their time zone.

I would suggest that you create a website for this and provide a lot more information on the topics, methods of delivery, instructors etc.
it is hard to trust a pfd stored in a dropbox folder.
(I will also change this to a forum post as it is not a tutorial.)
Thanks for the suggestions Istvan. We are working on it. We wanted to train young graduates on long term basis in NGS for their early career opportunities.
Please provide authentic information including contact information and the details of the faculty. We can't allow biostar as a platform for these sort of training classes without any real human identity or affiliation associated with it.

Hi Khader, thanks for pointing out few key issues. We do not have permissions to disclose the faculty information. Interested people are contacting and we are providing demo classes. If they like they will continue , otherwise not. But we will put all the information in a website soon.
