Hello all. Trying to run cuffdiff : cuffdiff -p 2 -L esred1,esred2 -o /Users/../cuffdiff /Users/Desktop/RNA\ seq/gtf/Mus_musculus.GRCm38.88.chr.gtf /Users//accepted-red1.sam /Users/accepted-red2.sam

and returning error :
