The post looks indeed not very professional. But given their website I'm not so sure... http://integrativebiology.conferenceseries.com/
If you are right it should be removed, but for now, I give the benefit of the doubt. Don't want to censor unnecessarily.

I am constantly receiving spam from conferenceseries.com for conferences on all kinds of different topics. That even includes one of the obnoxious "Follow up call to be a Speaker" emails (without ever having received an invitation) for this very conference. I have certainly classified them as a scam.
