Hi,
I am trying to install BioPerl on my closed network computer. I downloaded the zip file, unzipped it and ran
perl Build.PL
but when I tested it, it failed:
./Build test
Files=328, Tests=927, 11 wallclock secs ( 0.80 usr 0.36 sys + 8.22 cusr 1.02 csys = 10.40 CPU) Result: FAIL Failed 327/328 test programs. 0/927 subtests failed.
Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Thanks
