First possibility: literature. There must have been someone, who established a procedure for doing this in your field.. You could also search e.q. UniProt with those keywords, but I believe the results do not necessarily reflect all the associations out there.

Another point - how do you define an association? Maybe there already exist databases, which associate that information for you, yet this is rarely the case.
