Our genebuilders create and run our automatic gene annotation pipeline. We're looking for a bioinformatician with experience in gene annotation. Closes 21st May.

Web front end developer:

Making all our shiny interfaces to visualise genomic data. We're looking for a web developer with Perl experience, and knowledge of biology is desirable. Closed

Outreach Officer. Permanent and Maternity cover:

Two jobs in the outreach team to answer help queries, produce and maintain online courses and documentation, aid with web development, do social media etc. The permanent position will also involve running training workshops. We're looking for a biologist with experience in training and/or public engagement. Maternity cover closed. Permanent job closes 21st May.

We're looking for a bioinformatician to work on annotating, displaying and interpreting variation data, including working with our beloved VEP. Closes 18th June.
