Downloading normalized data from GEO

Hi,

for GEO series GSE15387 I read "Processed data included within Sample table" ; where they mean???

I normalized data myself but I noticed negative values after normalization then I am seeking normalized data.

Negative values post normalization doesn't mean it's wrong. Anything less than 1 log2 transformed will be a negative number.

On GEO they should labeled in the filename which are normalized and which are raw data (e.g., SRA).
