Sequencing or array databases for metastasis
Does anyone know of any public or private databases which include metastasis samples? TCGA is mostly all primary, and I'm curious if there are any decent resources out there for mets. Mostly interested in transcriptome profiling. We've been able to find some studies with ArrayExpress and GEO, but not a lot.
