SNP coordinate conversion
I am interested in converting the coordinates of SNP relative to their gene into a coordinate relative to the chromosome. For example; I have a SNP
BRCA1 c.4327C>T
I want to coordinates in the following form instead
chr9:14801712
the reason is that litterature often uses the first convention and the cosmic database uses the second. Any tools for this task? Thanks!
