How can i use my own data set in an existing github code using R language
I have found a package in R similar to my work in Github .How can i use my data set instead of their data set .Any tutorial or video for this purpose .Thanks in advanced

This is not "software error". If the code has good separation of concerns - that is, it is not tightly coupled to the data, switching out the dataset should be a relatively trivial task.
We are going to need more details if you would like a more relevant answer.
