deepTools white dots on black background

When running the heatmap in deepTools I get the black background and white dots at the bottom even when generating the matrix using '–missingDataAsZero' and '–skipZeros' in computeMatrix. I am attaching the figure. Any help will be appreciated.

It appears duplicated regions in the bed file were causing this. Once I removed them the plot seems to be just fine.
