Dear all

We would like to use crlmm for a new chip (to be manufactured by Illumina), which is not supported by crlmm. The documentation is a little cryptic, and past postings in this forum have been contradictory whether and how this is possible. If there are any references to documentation on how to achieve this or people with experience we would be very grateful for help or pointers
