Ts/Tv ratio of 1.7
I have one sample (Tumor and normal) . Starting from the same batch I made a pre-tretment and after Vardict call and snpeff annotation I found this strange resullts:
Ts/Tv ratio change from 1.0521 to 1.7...
It is no as expect to have 2.8... Any help and comment on this results?
