Hi I'm working on a project where I have to assemble sequences generated by RADseq.When I was looking for a tool or pipeline I got to know about Stacks pipeline.I would like to know if there are any other tools or pipelines that I can use for assembling my data

There is a good number of tools available: pyRAD, dDocent, AftrRAD, just to name a few.
