DNA Baser alternative
Hello, I'm searching for program with features similar to DNA Baser. Most important of them: 1) Ability to make and save DNA:DNA conting file 2) Connection to database-comparing my contig with already sequenced genes (yeah i know GeneBank, but DNA Baser was doing it all by himself quicly) 3) Trial period (huehue).

DNA Baser v4 actually CAN save the contig to disk, even in trial period (so, this also answers the 3rd question: it does have a trial period).
Am moving this to a comment since it is not an answer for the original question (alternative for DNA baser).
