Difference between plasmids from complete genomes and Refseq plasmids sequences
Do you know how big is the overlap between the plasmids in ftp://ftp.ncbi.nih.gov/refseq/release/plasmid/ and the plasmids that come together with the individual genome assemblies from RefSeq?
