Biopython residue depth using MSMS
Hello,
In the biopython tutroial, it refers to MSMS program (http://www.scripps.edu/pub/olson-web/people/sanner/html/msms_home.html).
However, I have no idea what to download and how to install it. I would appreciate your help with this.

yes, the biopython documentation needs to be updated
Well judging from that link, you just download a precompiled binary for your OS. That should be all there is to it unless your system in some way doesn't meet their requirements.
