I am trying to understand the Out of Africa model proposed by Gutenkunst et al. (2009) and how to reproduce it using ms (Hudson, 2002).

I think all the relevant information is in the Supplementary materials and they even provide a command line to run their model in ms, but I don't understand how they get the numbers to plug in.
