Where can I find, which yeast genes definitely have similar functions?
I am interesting in predicting regulation and function of yeast genes for which they are not yet known using time series gene expression plots. Where can I find yeast genes, which are definitely known to have similar functions, to test whether my plots would predict the already known functional similarities correctly?
