Program for conducting a burden test with a population that includes related individuals
I'm looking for a program to use for a burden test with a population that includes related individuals. Basically, the burden test equivalent of famSKAT (we know the direction and magnitude of the effect, so a burden test would be more robust). Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
