Forum:Is it possible to receive notification for posts with keywords?

There have been various BioStars posts related to tooling or ontologies provided by my group and I've only found out about them long after the fact. Others outside our group in the meantime have stepped in to answer the questions, but it would be better if we were promptly notified. Is there any way of setting up some kind of keyword alert so that we can be of prompt assistance?

Try giving interested keywords in your profile. Under Edit profile --> Watched tags. I used to get notifications whenever there is Job tag.

BTW, give appropriate tag for your post also, so that others get notified on their interested content :)

You can find information about the RSS options on this page. You can set feeds for certain tags.
