Hello again.

I have Benn capable of find database with protein-ligand (with biology interest, like cofactors, small peptides , I don't need drugs) interactions but sadly , they only have the PDB file with the protein with the ligandn attached but the databases do not have the protein without the ligand.

I have used PDBbind , binding MOAD, Biolip, LigAsite and biding database.

Fortunately , I find a database(http://idp1.force.cs.is.nagoya-u.ac.jp/pscdb/index.html) with PDB file that I need , but is outdated. Any database that meets the requirements?
