Data bases with proteins and ligands
Hello!
I am biochemestry student in my last year and nowadays I am doing my final degree work and I need to do date base and I need a reliable date base that store proteins with their ligands, sadly, the database that my tutor gave me are outdated or simply offline.
Fortunately, I found some datebase that I can use, like Binding MOAD and LigASite but I would like to know if a more updated database exists, because the Biding MOAD has not been updated since 2014.
