Why the ftp download of Ensemble is not available?
Hi all,
I'm trying to download at enter link description here, but it isn't available for me, I tried several times. Please let me know what's the problem?

There is no obvious problem there, what is the error message?
Does the link work well for you? it says me "This site can’t be reached The webpage at ftp://ftp.ensembl.org/pub/release-87/fasta/homo_sapiens/cdna/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address" with various browsers.
Works fine on my end.
The problem must be on your end. Possibly a firewall filter that is being overzealous.
