SNPEff error on Galaxy cloud deployed instance, how to fix?

Whenever I run SNPEff on Galaxy cloud deployed instance I get:

/home/galaxy/galaxy/database/jobs_directory/000/32/tool_script.sh: line 9: java: command not found

How Java should be configured on the host computer?

snpeff galaxy java

It should be somewhere in the PATH. However I'd suggest posting on the Galaxy biostar.
