Meshing continous data from a csv with nexus file
Hi all,
I have a phylogenetic tree in nexus format, and a csv file of continuous data for a number of the species in the tree. I want to do phylogenetically independent contrasts on the continuous data using dendropy, is there a way to mesh all the data from the csv into the nexus file?
