NEXUS COPY NUMBER (bio discovery)
Hi, I'm using NEXUS COPY NUMBER.
My colleague arranged copy number data from a-cgh (by IGV) and gave it to me in text file.
I want to import the text file to NEXUS COPY NUMBER.
But, I just can't find the way to do it.
It has more than 4000 copies...
I don't want to load the text file data manually to nexus copy number.
Does anybody know how to import the text file to NEXUS COPY NUMBER?
