How to download ncRNA

Hello,

I'm relatively new in this world and I need your precious help.. Does anyone knows how to download the last Homo sapiens non-coding RNA (ncrna) file? I need it to align against smallRNA sequences using CLC Genomics Workbench (I will use also the mirbase database)

PS. Sorry for my poor english :-)

Any help would be grateful! Thank you very much in advance.
