How to visulize SNPs and repeated sequence for certain mouse gene in the promoter region

Using UCSC genome browser, I want to visualize SNPs and repetitive sequences in the promoter region for certain gene. For example, for mouse adora1 gene, how can we identify the SNPs and repeated sequences in 1000 bp promoter region.
