TCGA disease subtype information

Hi everyone,

I wanted to know if the Disease Type in TCGA has further breakdown by subtypes and where is this information available? For e.g. the Disease Type "Sarcoma" has the Primary Site specified as "Soft Tissue" in TCGA. Does it have any further breakdown for soft tissue sarcoma subtypes like Pleomorphic sarcoma, Ewing’s sarcoma or Liposarcoma etc?

Hi, you can find all the original BioTab files with complete clinical/sample information for individual TCGA patient and any cancer type from GDC legacy archive,

nationwidechildrens.org_clinical_patient_[CANCER_TYPE].txt
