Looks like there is a variant viewer in SGD itself, so there must be an underlying db.

I already saw that but i couldn t find it. Maybe it just doesn t exist! I mean if you cannot find it in NCBI etc, so maybe there isn t one
Have you emailed SGD support to ask about how to download the entire SNP db? Sounds like that is what you are after. That page allows partial downloads.
