How to get SNP data, DNA methylation, and proteomic data ?

Hi everybody,

Does someone have an idea how to download SNP data, DNA Methylation, and proteomic data for Breast cancer ER+ ? I have already done some research in some repositories (ICGC, dbSNP) but I couldn't get them.
